The 3M 6006 Multi-Gas and Organic Vapor Cartridge delivers comprehensive respiratory protection across a diverse range of hazardous industrial environments. Featuring an olive color code under the NIOSH system, this highly versatile cartridge guards against specific organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, chlorine dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methylamine, formaldehyde, and hydrogen fluoride. Engineered for optimal comfort and function, its lightweight construction features low breathing resistance and a swept-back, low-profile design that preserves a wide field of vision while maintaining excellent balance. Utilizing a secure, quarter-turn bayonet connection, it attaches quickly to a variety of half and full facepiece respirators. When properly fitted, it reduces exposure to gas and vapor concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit on half facepieces, and up to 50 times the limit on quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces.
